Hello Lucky - Not being an engineer and only being a pub know it all - for a lamda of 1 shouldn't the ideal fuel/air ratio be 14.7 parts air to one part fuel? Isn't your car running too rich?

well...(this is just my opinion) the seiten isn't out yet (I heard november)... the conquesta looked to have the best value, being that it has MANY add-ons, excellent slash-harkens, and just overall greatness...otherwise, the albion looks a little shoddy to me, I mean, it looks good, but like some of the armor wasn't proportionate and the slash-harken placements didn't look good...but that's me (if the seiten was out, I'd say seiten)

Everyone's favorite Loli from epic Loli Anime Kodomo no Jikan returns to the figure scene in the form of a Nendoroid. I have to say that out of all the figure representations of Rin, this is by far my favorite. For some reason, the Nendoroid really suits her and captures the cuteness and spunkiness of Rin to a 'T'. Overall, a nice addition to the Nendoroid family.

Another thing I don't like about the Yutaka head is that her eyes are closed. It just ruins it a little for me. The Minami and Hiyori head have a natural normal look, while the Misao and Yutaka heads just don't come looking completely normal.

hi, im itchin to build a 421,427sbc motor. i have a set of 1st gen dart iron eagles that were ported by kenneth abbott of abbott racing heads in crane tx. they are 230cc with 64cc chambers, 2.08, 1.60 valves. kenneth told me the heads flow 315-320cfm at .700" of lift. i would like to run 13:1 to 14:1 compression. what kind of power do you think i can make? how much lift can i get away with before a valve hits a piston?

I knew the cam was too big . I have a set of brodix Track 1 heads on my 406.....without even knowing the flow numbers I'd be willing to bet that the Brodix heads make more power than the Pro Topline heads. Im also thinking of going to a 110 lobe center instead of the 107. There is a guy up here with a 454 small block, Brodix 18 degree heads, Solid cam , not a roller making RIDICULOUS power

@MrMonteCarloRacing AFR 235s are 2 big and 38 degrees of timing is to much. Bigger is not better. We make 600+ HP with 255 degrees of duration camshafts on world products sportsman II 200cc heads in 355s all day long. There is a balance between these parts that you must follow in order to make good power. The biggest mistake people make is buy the biggest cams heads and bolt them on. I would put a smaller 255-263 duration cam in there, with AFR 220 CNC ported heads and port match the intake.

Ive been looking at fifferent carbs as well as other heads. I looked at Brodix 18 degree heads.......they make power but cost a LOT. Afr 235's are also good. The gas i run is 110 octane..timing is at 38 degrees.

@MrMonteCarloRacing Yah, it sounds like the camshaft is really lazy and the heads are lazy as well.. The 1 5/8 headers will restrict the performance. With a cam of that size you can easily make 720 on good gas if not more. Also the Race demon, not a big fan of them. First thing is blue print everything, cc the heads, check the dome volume, deck clearance, get the exact compression ratio. Then i would have the heads flowed o na flow bench to see where they are at. All it takes is one bad piece

on the 8th pull it made 586 h.p @ 6500 and 549 torque @ 5000. The hearders are SMALL on the dyno we stepped up to 1 7/8 but Until I can buy some custom made, they are only 1 5/8 to fit the body.. I just blew a head gasket and its time to make some changes for sure.

its actually Weisco 13.5:1 compression.The heads are 23 degree, purchased 3 years ago. I think they have 220 intake runners. I had an 830 Holley on it..Yalked to Barry Grant....he recommended a Demon Race 750..that made a big difference. Cam Specs 278 Int 290 Ex. 107 lobe. List is .682 int. 640 Ex. Lunati Roller. We had it on the dyno...went from the 750 to a 1050 Dominatpr and only picked up 9 h.p. I think the cam is WRONG . Intake is Brodix Hp 1000

Ive got a 14:1 421 small block. Roller cam Pro Topline heads. The thing only made 609 h.p. on the dyno..I need to go to AFR heads or Brodix..and the cam is definately wrong. I was hoping to see close to 700 h.p. Its in my 70 Monet that weighs 3850 lbs. my best run on the motor was only 11.57 so something is wrong with the combo. Any suggestions ?
